Commissioner is aware that they should contact me through my contact page if there are any questions or concerns. Buyer may also use twitter to tweet the artist, but there will be no personal DMs on ANY platform please use my contact page.

Artist does their best to keep communication open through their TWITTER account, this is the best source for keeping updated. Artist is unable to have constant personal contact with customer due to the amount of people and work they deal with daily. Do not commission artist if you expect constant contact or feedback ( ex: send notes constantly, idle chit chat, etc. ). Artist will contact you for any questions if needed.

If commissioner has any concerns or questions, they are asked to CONTACT the artist FIRST before deciding on any other sources of action ( demanding refunds, starting disputes, making artist bewares, etc. ). The artist will always respond and do their best with any concerns a commissioner may have.

If artist is not able to be reached, please be patient as they will respond as soon as they possibly can.

The only communication that a commissioner will have with an artist is through the contact form. Do not contact the artist outside of those sources such as ( telegram, skype, etc. ). Twitter contact is acceptable if Furaffinity is down, but best way is through the contact form.

The artist has the right to refuse any business with a customer who is rude and/or uncooperative. If commissioner proves to be difficult to work with, artist may take actions such as; partial refunds, public awareness, FA blocking.

When ordering, supply as much information as possible of your character and references. ( references can also include clear images of characters that are not reference sheets ). Provide details the artist may miss on your character to avoid mistakes in your commission.

Artist has the right to contact the commissioner concerning extra fees/charges after an order has been placed. The artist will do this if they feel the work requires more labor time for complicated characters/complicated clothing. If commissioner disagrees with extra amount, artist will take proper actions to remedy the situation.

While the artist can work on descriptions only, some sort of image MUST be provided as a visual for the artist to get a mental idea of what the commissioner wants ( either online pictures or other peoples examples ). NO vague descriptions please! Artist mistakes due to not having enough information may result in extra fees.

Artist is allowed to have artistic freedom if commissioner does not include all information needed within the specific commission. This may include but not limited to; character positions in piece, expressions, colors of accessories, etc.

Complete character changes are no longer allowed once a piece of art is commissioned, this includes telegram stickers. Artist will continue with the reference sheet and information on original order. Any requests to switch to a completely different character/species will be denied. However, any character detail changes are allowed, read below.

Requests for character altering AFTER the commissioner has made their order will or may result in extra fees ( or artist may decline changes & just continue with original information )! Make sure your order has all the proper updated information needed for the artist. Changes to the character may result in fees ( due to the artist having to re-alter the original order ) include but not limited to; marking changes, pose changes, details missed that were not originally specified by buyer, etc.

Artist requires as much specific information as possible about your commission/character when ordering. There will not be any work in progress or preview pictures during artist's process, so it's important for commissioner to provide consistent images to work from. If specific information was NOT included and was on the commissioner's end, artist is not responsible or obligated to fix the artwork ( especially if artist finds a gallery full of inconsistent images of that character without fixes as described ).

Artist is not responsible for any artwork ordered that include characters that were not given permission to be drawn/used in artwork. If this should occur, the original owner of that character must contact the commissioner and dispute the piece themselves. Artist will remove the image until the dispute is resolved. No refunds will be given, however the image may be re-altered for a fee.

Artist retains copyright to all images/artwork produced. Artist is allowed to make reproductions, use as advertisement, sell prints, or make revisions or edits of artwork. Privacy paid work will never be used.

If artist accidentally posts any private work, it will be removed immediately upon notice. This is a very rare occurrence, but can happen due to human error. I do my best to keep track of all private inqured work.

Commissioner is allowed to post the completed artwork on their personal galleries/websites as long as the artwork is credited to the artist. Credit must be given in a link directed either to this website or my Fur Affinity page.

Commissioner may request that the artist never post the completed work they ordered or keep it "private". There will be an extra charge for this type of request ( fee will be determined by artist ), as not being able to post completed work takes away from the artist's advertising and business. Private commissions will never be shown or printed as long as the artist is properly notified.

The commissioner retains the rights to their characters depicted in the artwork ordered. Artist is not allowed to reproduce or otherwise replicate the commissioners characters in future work without proper permission.

The commissioner is allowed to make icons, wallpapers, etc. of the artwork they have purchased. Prints may also be allowed for PERSONAL USE ONLY ( if you wish to put it in a frame on your wall, etc. ) Privacy paid work will never be used by artist.

The commissioner is in no way allowed to make profit off their image or pay for services related to it, such as commercial printing or alterations. Please contact the artist first if considering any of these subjects.

Artist is not to blame for artwork requested or otherwise purchased by someone using another persons character WITHOUT PERMISSION. If this should occur, artist will remove image from gallery ( no fee for this as it was without permission ), and there will be no refunds issued for the buyers actions. Characters use with permission but had a falling out with each other, I will NOT remove the image unless the fee for privacy is paid. Any other disputes should be between buyer/character owner and not the artist.

Buyer has 72hrs to ask for a refund after purchasing art from me, after that there will be NO REFUNDS allowed unless it fits reasons below.

I as an artist am not obligated to refund a commissioner for the following reasons: wrongful purchase, impulse purchasing, disappointed in art, bored of art, impatient of production, not what buyer expected, buyers remorse, etc. This is because the art is already considered in progress and being worked on.

Artist understands that real life situations may occur with a buyer ( ex. accidents, sudden financial situations, etc. ), however, there will be NO REFUNDS if this should occur PAST the 72hr window for refunds. When ordering, buyer is agreeing to the terms in this TOS and it's already set refund policy.

I as an artist WILL refund a commissioner if I feel that the work is past my personal deadline of completion. If this should occur, I will contact you! Unless WE agreed upon a deadline, please be patient. If I do not produce the work, then you will get refunded.

Full refunds will ONLY be issued by the artist if the work has not been started yet, is heavily delayed, is too complicated for the artist to complete at this time, or the artist is unable to proceed with the work due to real life (RL) reasons. If this should occur, you will receive the refund with a note stating I was unable to complete the process. Otherwise patience is appreciated or you may contact me for an update if you are not able to follow the TRELLO list.

Artist is not responsible or obligated to refund or offer a rework for partner pieces that have had a falling out or break up with friends/lovers/significant others/etc. An edit can be made for an extra fee if requested.

If buyer decides to cancel the commission for any reason while the work is already partially completed, they will NOT get a full refund. Buyer will receive a percentage of the refund based on how how far the art has been completed/started/or processed by the artist.

Artist may put up sales/discounts at any given time and is not obligated to partially refund or otherwise credit the sale price to new buyer who has purchased a commission previous to the sale. Sale prices only apply to a buyer when the sale is present and purchased within that time frame. Artist will not credit a buyer after the sale is discontinued.

If for any reason, art is charge backed or otherwise forcefully refunded due to improper funds ( ex. used a credit card that was not theirs, etc. ), buyers name will be placed on a beware and buyer will be banned from ordering anymore work from me. Buyer needs to CONTACT me first to inquire about their commission BEFORE taking any forceful action.
